Educational Tours includes a generous package of standard items with every student class trip we offer or organize. This includes just about everything except spending money.

All Educational Tours packages include:

• A dedicated Educational Tours professional to coordinate all advance planning, and onsite tour coordination.
• Pre-Tour information to assist teachers and sponsors in presenting trips and recruiting students.
• Round-trip motorcoach transportation (air options are also available.)
• Quality Lodging (with evening security guard.)
• Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily.)
• Tours/Attractions and applicable admission fees.
• Accidental injury insurance for all overnight tours.
• One chaperone traveling free for every 10 students.
• Background information on each destination and tour escort.
• Knowledgeable professional tour guides.
• Inclusive price with no "hidden" costs.*

Trips can be customized to include a variety of other items as requested by the trip sponsor or teacher. We can also arrange affordable airline flights for destinations that require long travel distances or where the group just wants less travel time.

Please note that we are a group tour company. Our prices are normally based on a minimum of 35 paying participants though we may be able to plan tours for fewer paying travelers depending on the destination and trip parameters.
